Legal Disclaimer for Use of Images in Video Listings.ai.

• By engaging videolistings.ai, a service provided by StoryWay, LLC, to create a custom video for your property listing, you (“Agent” or “Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of images and content provided for the video:
  1. Agent’s Authorization & Rights to Images: The Agent represents and warrants that they have the legal right, authorization, or necessary license to use and distribute any and all images, videos, descriptions, logos, and branding materials made available to videolistings.ai for the purpose of creating the listing video. The Agent further confirms that no copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party will be infringed upon by the use of such materials in the video.
  2. Indemnification & Hold Harmless: The Agent agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless videolistings.ai and StoryWay, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any alleged or actual infringement, unauthorized use, or misrepresentation of third-party rights in connection with the images or content provided.
  3. Limited Liability. videolistings.ai and StoryWay, LLC assume no responsibility for verifying the ownership or licensing rights of the images made available by the Agent. The Agent acknowledges that they bear full responsibility for ensuring they have obtained proper permission for all content used in the video.
  4. Usage & Distribution: The final video produced by ai is intended solely for marketing the property specified in the video and may be distributed by the Agent on social media, listing platforms, emails, and other marketing channels as legally allowed. However, videolistings.ai and StoryWay, LLC reserves the right to use the video for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  5. Modifications & Removal Requests: In the event of any legal claim or dispute regarding the use of provided images, videolistings.ai and StoryWay, LLC reserves the right to remove or modify the video used by videolistings.ai for promotional purposes at its discretion and without prior notice.

  By contracting with videolistings.ai, the Agent agrees to the above terms and releases and holds harmless StoryWay, LLC from any liability related to the use of provided images or content. For any questions or concerns regarding this disclaimer, please contact:
